  • Deposition of osteointegrative and haemocompatible coatings by magnetron (co)-sputtering and CVD techniques

  • Preparation of high oriented aluminum nitride piezoelectric layers for SAW and FBAR devices by magnetron reactive sputtering
  • Sol-gel synthesis of hydroxyapatite and fluor-hydroxyapatite powder and films
