  • Technology of semiconductor devices on GaAs (as; laser diodes, solar cells, Schottky diodes),
  • Optical and electrical characterization of semiconductor structures, degradation analysis,
  • Thin film deposition for bio-compatible materials (ex:dextrin, hidroxyapatite, sucrose),
  • XPS analysis of various materials
